Why home-roasted? Because coffee is at its peak of flavor when consumed within two weeks of the date it was roasted, and brewed within minutes of being ground. We roast in small batches, optimally package, date stamp, and quick ship every order, so you'll know the coffee in your cup is the freshest it can be.

Orders will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, which usually arrives in two business days within the continental US, and runs $4.90 for an envelope that holds up to 1/2 pound, or $10.70 for a box that holds up to 3 lbs of our fresh-roasted coffee beans.
