POACHED EGGS IN MARINARA You will need the following ingredients: 3 cups of marinara sauce 6 slices Italian bread - drizzle with olive oil and toast in the oven. Parmesan-Reggiano to grate on top Heat sauce over medium heat until it simmers. Gently crack and slip each egg into the simmering sauce. Cover pot, and cook 2 to 3 minutes until a white skin forms over yolks. Place one egg and some sauce on each piece of toast, and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Enjoy!
